Rye Neck Senior High School Reviews

Awesome school, small class sizes. Not too much bullying, and in my experience the teachers are willing to step in when needed. Solid extracurricular activities, plenty of advanced classes are offered, and the majority of the teachers are very good at what they do.

The middle school and high school are combined. No busing. Kids walk or get ride from parents. There is little bullying on school grounds, but in the middle school the teachers tend to look the other way with bullying. Academically the district teaches above average. The gym is not part of the school bldg-- plus and minus. Much football and field hockey wave waving. Special ed kids need parents who are astute and willing to be proactive, or your kids will be overlooked.
