Poor Follow up missed appointments misrepresentati Missed several appointments "guaranteed" that they would be 30% lower than the other company we contacted who are an old and reputable company who kept their first appointment. As it turned out Artic was about 30% higher not lower! When I called I was told I was dealing with a "Mom&Pop" outfit. These people are rude and condescending (I was in the home improvement sales for 17 years so I know how business should be conducted) I would never do business with these people!
